However, due to the perishable nature of food products, we maintain a fair and transparent Return & Refund Policy that protects both our customers and our business, while ensuring a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return or replacement requests only under specific conditions where the product delivered does not meet our quality standards or order accuracy. Customers may be eligible for a return or replacement in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The product is defective or unfit for consumption
  • An incorrect item has been delivered (different from the order placed)

To ensure authenticity and proper evaluation, customers must raise the issue within the specified timeline and provide valid proof as outlined below.

Conditions for Return Acceptance

For a return or replacement request to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue must be provided
  • The order details (Order ID, invoice, or purchase confirmation) must be shared

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened, consumed, or tampered with, unless there is a proven quality defect.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, most of our food products are non-returnable. We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed
  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery
  • Items stored improperly by the customer, leading to damage or spoilage
  • Products purchased during special offers, discounts, or clearance sales (unless damaged or incorrect)

Refund & Replacement Process

    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
    • Bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders – bank details required)
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
